Busy, busy, busy. It’s that time of year. Women, everywhere, running around, getting things organised but stressed in the process. My blood pressure is up a bit my doctor tells me. I suppose those chilly chips loaded with salt might have to go. Or maybe I should monitor those stress levels by changing some things on my to-do list. Or the way that I manage them.
How does that work? I’ve always got things to do, places to go, people to see. Do you? Personally, I try not to waste time but I do have lots of things I love to do, that are happening in my world. Like helping women set great goals in my work as a life coach; writing blogs (and here we are), books, posts; preparing keynote messages; managing a non-profit organisation and events (A Woman of Influence, championing women and fundraising to stamp out human trafficking). Did I mention exercise, family and housework?
Phew, it’s tiring, thinking about the above.
